TGIFs July - Sept 06 :-)

TGIF :-) 060707

Hi folks

Sending a day early cos I'm going to 'Taste of Birmingham' tomorrow night at Cannon Hill Park with Sarah, H and Mark. Brum's restaurants will be plying their wares in exchange for 'crowns' - so it'll be a lycra moment I feel to allow for some Bridget Jones style belly expansion! Middle age spread will be allowed tho - cos I'm 45 tomorrow :-D

Bloomin hot at work - 92 degrees (in old money) on the one day - I was wearing as little as professionally possible but had a scary moment this week when a piece of beetroot leapt out of my lunch bowl onto my skirt, so not wanting to frighten anyone (as I was doing the thong thang) I locked myself in the large disabled loo where they have a low rise sink with in-built soap dispenser and drier and proceeded to remove the small beetroot stain successfully and dry it off under the dryer. When I pulled the skirt out from under, I'd added a great big green glob from the soap dispenser - yes - in the end I just soaked the whole lot, put it back on which was so cooling and gave up and hid in the office for the rest of the afternoon!

Had a couple of lovely walks with Sarah this week round the 3 Earlswood lakes - and had some truly lovely girlie bonding moments, and let Garry have some quality 'man time' while we tromped round gassing and giggling - we missed a whole lake out - oops :-) Had a Magnum moment with Sharpie tonight in the garden too - so it's all been good girlie fun :-)

It's the Jazz Festival in town this weekend so will introduce Mark to Brum City Centre.

Hope you all have a good un.

Hi Friday peops Great birthday weekend - with Marky Mark, Sarah and H at the Taste of Brum food show - it was like a military exercise planning which tent to visit next and exchange our 'crowns' for samples! Sarah was pudding queen having used all hers up on 3! Mom has just told me she has got me a great book - some of you know I am on a bit of a sausage and mash drive - and my drawers are full of farmers market delights at the mo (freezer that is) so am looking forward to seeing that. Me n Mark then spent a leisurely day around Brum on Saturday with Jazz playing and Dragon boats racing up the canals (normal for Brum??!!) and then on Sunday he cooked me a Roast dinner and did the washing up :-O Had some lovely handprints from Kiwi land - and luxury delights for the garden and bath - two of my favourite places :-) Mom and Dad are treating me to a trip to Kiwi land so they are all on standby underneath - may be doing a spot of sheep shearing? My TV 'Entertainment Cabinet' (from Argos) collapsed this week - which is a bit of a bummer, but not wanting to be outdone, mom's chair collapsed from underneath her today (also from Argos!) and she texted me at work - I knew she was OK though when she added that she was "not a happy bunny, and was hoping that she hadn't got to speak to a man in China?!".....Last night me and Sarah graced (well disgraced...) the floors at a Bhangra dance workshop. I know how to shimmy now - and lead my oxen and sow my seeds - but the greatest challenge came from looking after a partially sighted wee young thing - who I was trying to explain and position her arms and legs - this from someone who only knows how to reggae! Needless to say she narrowly survived being mown down by the Dhol drummer at one stage after I let her wonder too far forward! It was a good laugh though! Anyway off to "Manchestaw" this weekend to see Mark and help Jane celebrate her birthday and catch up with the gang I met up with at Centre Parcs. Have a good un Kimmie x

TGIF :-) 210706

Hi Friday peops

Brill weekend up in Manchester with Mark - enjoyed helping Jane celebrate her birthday and also met up with the rest of the Centre Parcs gang at their SPICE get together - which me and Mark managed to get thrown out of cos he'd been naughty..... drinking Guinness from the pub over the way cos the one we were in had sold out!

Did a teaching session with my pals at Birmingham University and melted - it's hitting 30 degrees+ here in middle England this week - and typically the air con didn't come on until an hour before the end - then the train rails buckled so my train home was cancelled - had to walk home - I wouldn't mind but with it being compulsory to drink cold beer as soon as you get in - weight watchers has gone out the window!

Helped our violin virtuoso celebrate her 17th birthday this week - congrats Alex - 17! The violin cake went down well. And guess what I was doing on the hottest day here on record - yes - baking another bloody cake - a beer mug! Poor Mark is getting short shrift cos he calls me at strategic times - like when I was putting the violin strings (aka dental floss) on Alex's cake - if it was out of tune Alex you can blame him!....and today when I'm making the beer mug handle. Got to be nice to him tho cos he's helping me fix the collapsed TV cabinet this weekend - I know how to have fun on my days off!

Poor H is in Ecuador on 'holiday' - trust her to go when there is a volcano erupting and everyone is being evacuated! Am keeping her updated with Big Brother news tho' - just what you need when you're in the middle of a natural disaster - news of an unnatural one on the telly :-)

Last night Sharpie and Junie invited me to a girlie sleepover and wined and dined me in style - and this weekend I've got a houseful of men (well three - quality not quantity - Andy - "That's easy for you to say..." and Mikey) on Saturday night - I've got to get them in training for the Dragon Boat racing on Sunday - not sure what I'll do to - maybe they can all muck in with Mark and fix my TV cabinet? I've jumped ship and will be competing against Birmingham SPICE with Manchester gang!

Anyway off to steam the kitchen floor again after all the icing sugar flying around - so the boys don't get stuck to it tomorrow - mind you........... might keep them out of trouble....

Have a good un!

Hi folks
Had a brilliant time rowing last weekend for the Manchestaw B team - and we came second in the semi-finals and 5th overall - great sunny day with loads of laughs. Poor Andy insisted on rowing for the Manchester A team - and as he said (and it's easy for him to say....) it's the taking part that counts - yeah!!!!! Birmingham B and C team came first and second finally knocking SPICE Thames Valley off their Dragon Boat perch - first time in 13 years we've got the cup back!!
Thankfully finished the beer mug cake - which looked more like the leaning tower of Pisa because of the heat! Got a 100th birthday cake to do for Numpty 1 for September - oh yes talking of Numpties - I graduated with my Diploma in Risk Management (with distinction) - so I can add another few bits n bobs to the end of my name - mind you it sounds like I'm a lover of tea - as it is PG Dip!!!
Sharpie is coming for a girlie sleepover tonight as we are off to relive our youth - at a seventies do - of course I was a child of the eighties really but I'm going to keep her company ;-). I shall be keeping her awake all night coughing though - as I have a glorious summer cold! Off to Manchestaw tomorrow to spread my germs up there! Waseem 's book is out soon and he has been asking all his pals who should play him when the film comes out - I was suggesting Richard Gere or similar - one of his other pals came up with Whoopi Goldberg - poor Waseem!!!!
Back to the wine now - have a good un - hope this heat isn't melting you all away - think we've got it hotter than Rohini and Chris in Nepal and I know it's been raining on Heather in the Ecuador jungle - but at least it has put the volcano out!
Kept the joke short for Jane this week - as she'll be too busy to read a long one after her Lake Garda trip!

Two Eskimos in a kayak were chilly, so they started a fire, which sank the craft, proving the old adage you can't have your kayak and heat it

Hi Friday peops

Good weekend with girlie sleepover last Friday with Sharpie - wont go into detail but needless to say we lost most of Saturday.... and I cried off going up to Manchestawr - and indeed the love affair of the year is over - yes folks, I will no longer be kissing those 30 a day lips as we are "different people"........ that's life eh? Needless to say I was heartbroken.... ;-) so did some window shopping and am highly flattered by the attention of a rather gorgeous young thing on Dating Direct - for more info e-mail me!!

Dad is getting adventurous and in one of his 'Superhero' dreams last week flung himself out of bed kicking the baddie - and ended up badly bruising his neck of all things in a really weird place - personally I think mom has probably tried to 'do him in', but in an interesting twist this week mom (aka Agatha Christie) has been trying to cover her tracks by pretending to try and work out how he did it and I'm not sure (I'm scared to ask) whether she's been throwing herself out of bed to test the trajectory?

Met up for Chinese with old school pal and Youth club friend Joy (from 30 years + ago) - we first bumped into each other a year ago - tho it doesn't feel like it - had a nice giggle - and tonight it's off to Sarah's in Earlswood for a girlie Big Brother eviction night - H is back form Ecuador tomorrow but is 'up to speed'!

Poor Sarah has shingles - shan't say where - no not there! - but it's not what you need when you are approaching your dream fairytale wedding!! All the 'hens' are off to the Belfry next week for a pamper day - so we hope she holds up ok!

Tone, Tracy, Owen, Nessa, Margaret, Hilarie & A of LASR??!! thanks for the help with the Kiwi shopping! Have found the Sudocrem in 400g tubs and two will be winging their way over next week.

Have a great weekend folks!

TGIF :-) 100806

Yes I'm off out again - so it's early....

This time.. it's because I'm an assistant 'Hen' at Sarah's pampering Hen Day at the Belfry tomorrow - with a 'Fire and Ice' spectacular and an overnight stay. I will be picking her up in my little pink thing - which I have polished especially - and am packing my pink trolley dolly suitcase as we speak.... in fact I'm sitting here in my roll-up black lycra frock - testing it out for sittability - and will be taking my boob tube lycra (always a danger at a hen disco) stripey frock - which also fits into a handbag!! Might even take it as a change for half way thru the disco - I bet the Belfry wont ever have seen the likes of that!! I've lost 6lb this last fortnight - to allow for the cream buns that will be consumed!

Walked up Mam Tor last weekend - and somehow the guy leading us kept finding more peaks - and in fact I probably haven't really lost 6lb - I reckon it's all sitting round my left knee in the form of fluid - as in typical Bridget Jones fashion I don't tend to put my whole body on the scales as that is just depressing! I find leaving my left leg off - and hanging on to the bathroom door really boosts my morale....

Talking of morale.....I am being chatted up by a 28 year old on the Dating Direct website who is pretty gorgeous - so my ego is having trouble staying squeezed into the lycra - pretty good news after fag ash breath.....mind you, I guess I should change those photos that I put on the website of Halle Berry before he finds out :-)

Word has got around at work why me n faggy breath split - and has caused much merriment - and in these days of depressing news - I feel I've done my bit for the happiness of folk who work for the NHS, yes indeed it was a 'first for Kim'.......... he told people we'd drifted apart (after a month?) when really he'd drifted off - yes - he fell asleep during a passionate moment... ahem! I wou;dn't mind but I was on top!
Have a fab Friday and weekend :-)

TGIF :-) 180806
Hey there Friday peops

In the middle of a cracking storm - brilliaaant:-) Mom will be in the cubby hole - & dad will be looking for a sizeable chunk of wood to wedge under the handle probably ;-)

Had a fab pampering Hen day at the Belfry last weekend - met all of Sarah's other chicks - ferrying her in style in my little pink thing with a pink bow and ribbons on it - lovely relaxing girlie time - in the Aqua Spa - 'Fire and Ice......' http://www.spabreak.co.uk/FacilitiesPages.ink?Venueid=12&pageid=40 ......it's basically steam yourself silly and then tip a bucket of cold water over yourself - yeah.... like that's fun :-/ and there was sauna/hot whirlpools and an igloo with ice - typical girlies though - we were all so busy gassing that it was half an hour before we realised the steam room had run out of steam - fortunately we hadn't and went on to disco until the early hours.

The bad news this week is that my gorgeous 28 year old has discovered that the pictures of Halle Berry on the dating web site don't actually resemble me - the good news is the reason why is because he gave me an hour's notice yesterday - love spontaneity - and picked me up and we drove off into the sunset... well actually we went to the Country Girl and Red Lion - in the hope that someone might see me and my street cred get boosted - but unfortunately only the neighbours were on settee duty - and so no one is going to believe me.... :-)

Bless him tho - he'd only had his plaster removed from his broken leg at 1030 yesterday morning and was still a bit wobbly - or maybe he was so excited to be going out with me that he was break dancing - I'd like to think it could be the latter.....I'm hoping he's going to be brave enough to come back for seconds, it's been quite a smiley week really!

Off out tonight to Sarah's - for the BB eviction night - Lisa and H are on text standby - and Nicole is in Menorca but still wants to know who wins.....not sure yet where we'll be putting Garry for the duration - they have 3 weeks now till they wed - so they are all excited - it's fab!

Have a sooooper weekend

TGIF :-) 250806

Hi Friday peops
Been one of those touch it and it aches or breaks week - first off, noticed my tommies have all got bruised bottoms - turns out I have 'Blossom End Rot' dad says - ...clever old bugger! So they're getting some TLC off me.
Then at work my pooter broke and so the IT boy has been camped out in our office trying to get me sorted out. He set me up on another pooter and I broke it within minutes - he called it the 'Blue screen of death' and mumbled a lot. I ended up with a chalk slate sat in the corner! He borrowed my PDA yesterday to set it all up to dock with the pooter - and when I got to the Co-op yesterday I noticed some extra 'interesting' naughty items added to my Post-It shopping list that I'd stuck just inside the cover of my PDA... and I know for a fact they don't sell those sorts of things at the Co-op!
Monday I went to the rock climbing wall in Moseley & bashed my right knee which has taken my mind nicely off my left knee. Lovely bruise in the shape of North & South Island. One of the docs saw me at work walking gingerly & dragged me off to examine me - he thinks I've done something to my cartilage on my left knee - cos it's got fluid n' stuff and is hot - it's always difficult for me to tell cos I've got mom's knees and I always think I'm hot, as indeed does my new boy......
Y'see had my second visitation by the gorgeous young thing - he is getting much more lively on his pins now his bones are mending - I helped by cooking him ostrich stew - just to speed things up even more. Will keep you posted if we make it to third date.... am keeping everything crossed - even tho it's painful with me knees ;-)
I waved off Jane & Ange this morning - my Mancunian buddy and her mate - they're off to Brussels and had a girlie sleepover here as the coach left Brum at 0600, and I'm planning a quiet bank holiday weekend before they return on Monday. Was hoping to see my Vulcan roll out on Sunday for the first time in 7 years with Ray & Jax but it's not to be cos don't think they've got enough money - bummer.
And this Monday coming Sarah and the lovely Garry fly off to Slovenia to tie the knot by the shores of Lake Bled - aaaah!!! Fortunately the baggage handlers at Stanstead have called off their strike so Sarah hasn't got to fly out looking like a Sumo wrestler tucking her wedding dress in her drawers any more - phew! So lucky for Garry :-)
Have a great weekend folks

TGIF :-) 010906

Hi Friday peops
It's Restoration week..........Bank Hol weekend was a bit of a damp squib as the Vulcan roll out was not to be - but have had a fab piece of news this week - she will fly again restoration is going ahead - official announcement tomorrow - but for Lee in US, Numpty One(& Pam) and Ray n Jax here is a link for yous:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/programmes/breakfast/5301056.stm
On Monday gorgeous young thing appeared for Date 3 and has survived again - we will have been in touch (albeit via t'Internet) for a month this weekend - and to carry on the Restoration theme I took him for a hobble to show him the Kings Norton Saracens Head and School project from last years ring around (remember that one folks?)! They have started work now.
Had a 'first' this week - finished a 100th birthday cake for Numpty One's Granddad's birthday - he may not know whose birthday it is - but hope he enjoys his cake anyway :-)
Today I worked from home - cos I was being serviced - yes the old boiler is getting on now - so I have one of those annual maintenance checks - to say I was disappointed is an understatement - and I have already complained cos he didn't sweep the flue - I'm serious - I'm not a happy bunny. It was handy cos I also had two parcels being delivered and naturally the last one arrived at 1630 - better late than never - got a new gadget (PDA) to play with now....
Tomorrow me and mater and pater are going to queue up with the old uns to get first dibs at the plants at Birmingham Garden Show - the forecast is vile - so it may be like a 'Glastonbury' for 'Blue rinses' hmmmm............ however the good news is that the weather in Slovenia tomorrow is going to be 'fine' so that is wonderful news for Garry & Sarah who are splicing the main brace at 2pm (3pm our time).
On Sunday I'm testing the knee at Draycote Reservoir - and then my boy may be coming round - I've got some electrical jobs lined up for him cos he's having difficulty getting back into the mainstream after his accident - I know how to spoil him! :-)
Hey...............I think the sun is over the yard arm here, so to go and celebrate the wedding and Vulcan roll out I feel a beer coming on!
Have a good weekend folks

TGIF :-) 080906
Hi there Friday peops Sunny UK here :-). Had a good last weekend at the garden show - got blown around and drenched and despite looking like a walking bush carrying all sorts of stuff that we accumulated I was still recognised by loads of friends and neighbours - which was nice! Sunday was better weather and I tested the ol' knee out at Draycote Reservoir - very nice - knee was fine still got some fluid on it but cos they both chubby (mom's genes) no one can tell :-)Took a spontaneous afternoon off on Monday and Alex & Flips took me to see Pirates of the Caribbean - followed by what was supposed to be an individual pizza which seems to have lasted me the rest of the week! This week, I went back on the wards for the first time in a million years - didn't actually touch any patients - they going to let me loose next time though - now they've reminded me which end is which - y'see I've not done the right category of 'manual handling' and it wouldn't do for the Risk Manager to break the health & safety rules, not with ol' Numpty One being Mother Superior of Manual Handling Team - she's being doing some RosPA work and studying haptonomics so I've got to be careful - first prize goes to anyone who can tell me what that is?! Mind you, she surpassed herself shutting up one of those e-mail frenzy jobs around manual handling this week with a really clever 'baffle 'em with bullshit' jobbies - fab!!. Uniform is not sexy much to my boy's disappointment! Sarah & Garry will have been married one whole week tomorrow - and I am going to help them celebrate tomorrow night at Toyks -am off up there tonight for a bimble round the lakes. Might be tootling round Artsfest the rest of the weekend too - so text me if any of you are going and we can meet up? Have a fab weekend PS See you Wednesday Wendy - bring loads of fotos of Nathan! Kimmie x

TGIF :-) 150906

Hi Friday peops

I didn't end up going to Artsfest at all last weekend cos my favourite Bhangrafest was on the Friday night and I couldn't be bovered! Had a great Saturday night helping Sarah & Garry celebrate lasting a week in wedded bliss - it was great to catch up with all the Hens - think the Cocks felt a bit left out! The meal was absolutely gorgeous - lamb melted in your mouth - and the choc pudding was orgasmic - so I filled me boots - Sharpie took me there for my birthday too back in the Summer - so I must make it a triple whammy before the year's out...

Talking of Sharpie - she's got a lot to answer for - she also treated me to a Smoothie book, so I've bought a Kenwood smoothie maker complete with tap - dead posh -and my kitchen is stickier than ever - Mango, berries - you name it - they get everywhere. I'm being a real saddo and ticking them off as I do them - the Blueberry and cheese one was gorgeous but they don't warn you to check your mush before you go out!! A blue smile is not becoming if you are off to a wedding do - especially if it clashes with your red dress!

Met up with City Hosp gang Loz n Wendy for more food and gossip on Wednesday at Cafe Rouge - Wendy's Nathan is 6 months old now - and gorgeous - and we have all got to think of him and mommy n daddy next week cos he's having a little op. My own little girl Mariama in Senegal was 6 this week - the last photo they sent of her - she was all legs - and still beautiful!

Last night I went to a Falconry Centre and saw a Golden Eagle and loads of owls dead close up - they were flying them exclusively for about 20 of us - they were brilliant! I got winged a couple of times - cos I wouldn't duck :-) There was a snowy Owl, Barn Owl, Eagle Owl. The one which made me laugh was one that was scared of the dark cos he's only a baby - and he flew off squeaking into the trees - and took a fair bit of coaxing to come back! The other one was the Snowy Owl Basil who can't be bovered to fly so runs between the guys getting his food - which if you can imagine with his big white socks on and his wings outstretched for balance - lumbered along!

Talking of lumbering been to a gym induction tonight so watch this space - I am aiming for the 2012 Olympics now - I don't think it's too late!

PS Thanks to those of you who have contacted my Sparky boy for quotes etc - looks like I might not be seeing as much of him as I'd like cos he'll be round at yous lots!! Taking him for a curry tonight so the snogging will be spicy later ;-)

Have a great weekend

Fab Fit Kimmie x

TGIF :-) 220906

Hi Friday peops
Well, Oh my Gawd.... is gym boring!!! First prize goes to Steve though for his witty retort last week when I said I was training for the 2012 Olympics... he said there's nothing wrong with being a Steward.............
It's fascinating watching people though there - I wasn't sure what to wear but should not have worn loose hipster leggings with my 'mad cow' knickers - bargain from Dot P's - patterned like a cow - with pink mad cow thick elastic band... yes you've got the picture... rowing away half mooning with mad cow knickers at half the gym! I'm not sure whether my seat is at position 4 or my resistance level so sometimes I'm dangling and pushing or pulling and moving nowhere and other times my legs are moving faster than roadrunner and I look rather daft!
Needless to say I've enjoyed my walks round the lakes better with Sarah - and have just got back tonight from a lovely misty sunset walk - we looped the loop round the 3 lakes so often cos it was just so gorgeous. We've had the tail end of Hurricane Gordon so the trees were creaking a bit the other evening which spooked me and Sarah - I texted mom to tell her all about it - and she responded saying I must have felt like Snow White, but after clarifying what she meant - I have to admit that I'd totally forgotten about the bit in the forest where she was chased by trees - I only remember the bit about how she got away with sleeping with seven little men?
Sadly Sarah hasn't joined me at the gym yet as her new cookery evening classes have started. Her first session on Monday was Sicilian - and yes... the whole class set the fire alarms off, and apparently a fellow pupil was so embarrassed that they had to evacuate the whole college with everyone knowing it was the cookery class that he whipped his apron off and stood with the French class saying ooh la la and that sort of thing! She's doing something Moroccan next week - I'll keep you posted....
Had a couple of lovely moments this week - working alongside a Rehab Assistant on the wards for the day - watching her patiently coaxing a patient out of her shell - nice to know there are some good workers left in the NHS, and Numpty sent me a video of her granddad clapping away enjoying his 100th birthday and the cake I made him -aaah!!
Weirdest day of the week was at a Food Hygiene course with a 60s throwback lecturer - sat by a Vicar's wife, with two guys from Pizza Shack and 3 other health workers - I have to admit that I was extremely naughty all day cos I was bored out of my brains talking about bacteria! I've passed though, so I can now safely give a patient a cup of tea and am hoping to be invited to Hampton Magna for a Vicar's tea party in the not too distant future!!
Good news for Rob - Alex's dad - he has got a brand new spanking job at the airport, which means he wont be guarding me on nights any more and the streets of St. Irchley will not feel as safe, but I'm really chuffed for him.
Have a good weekend folks

TGIF :-) 290906

Hi Friday peops
Hope you're all well? Aren't the nights are drawing in? Me n Sarah are getting earlier with our lakeside walks trying to beat the dark - we've changed route and we're practically jogging round determined to eke out the last few walks. Been to the gym once this week cos of lots of late finishes at work - good ol' Pasquale was there - so I didn't dangle off the equipment - in fact I worked quite hard and scored a 4 for effort - yippee dee doo - so I thought I deserved a Guinness when I got in - tho I'm not sure Pasquale would have approved :-)
The saga of the Entertainment Unit continues - the new one arrived after the old collapsed one was taken away - and there were two panels missing so after e-mailing Germany and having nein luck - I spent what seemed like hours on the phone to Argos pressing '1' for enquiries about current orders, '2' for orders that have arrived but are crap, '3' to speak to someone who has been trained to talk out of their bum hole - poor 'Maureen' - I mean I did apologise I know it wasn't Maureen's fault - but today Entertainment Unit 3 has arrived - I'll keep you posted. For start off, the instructions have a picture of one person crossed out and underneath there are two smiley people not crossed out - one lady, one man - so I presume it's a two person jobbie, which is a bummer cos I'm Scott-free now - yes - poor little sausage - he couldn't stand the pace - think all our late nights were interfering with his homework...... So nice to be free again - and on the plus side the neighbours have had a new light switch fitted and Helen's mum is having some work done - on the negative side I will have to continue having steamy baths cos he was going to put an extractor fan in for me - nut hey ho - steamy is good :-)
Interesting day yesterday doing manual handling training so that I know how to safely lift patients and loads.... has to be done otherwise we don't get a tick in the box - and the trainer was a jolly sort and was careful to ask us if we had any back or shoulder problems as we should not participate - however, she forgot to mention knees so when I unceremoniously stooped to pick up an empty plastic bin - I was stuck down there! Great.... The one 'young thing' who taught us with her crop top belly protruding all day was quite funny (unintentionally I think). She explained about a special handling belt with loops which can be fitted to patients to help offer them minimum support and allow them to feel more secure. She said one nursing home had missed half the lecture and gone out and brought a load for thinking they were designed for the staff to wear as lumber supports - and were allowing patients to hang on to all the loops and be led around the nursing home - and since there are 3 loops either side for optimum choice of where to grip, the staff could lead up to 6 clients at a time around the nursing home........ beggars belief - I hope it's an urban myth!!!
I'm off rambling in Staffordshire on Sunday at a place called Tittesworth - let's hope the knee fares better there.. Good news Wendy - hope Nat continues to make a good recovery from his op. Take care folks Kimmie x
